Refund & Returns Policy

ASIC miners and mining equipment are specialized, high-value technical goods. Return eligibility depends on product condition, order status, supplier terms, payment status, dispatch status, and whether the item has been installed, used, modified, configured, or damaged.

Before dispatch

If an order has not been dispatched, reserved, specially sourced, customized, or confirmed with a supplier, cancellation or refund options may be reviewed case by case.

After dispatch

Returns after dispatch are not automatically guaranteed. VoLT Mining must review the item, condition, packaging, serial number, accessories, operating status, and reason for return before any return approval.

Used, refurbished, and open-box items

Used, refurbished, or open-box miners are sold based on confirmed condition and disclosed terms. Cosmetic wear, age, previous use, or condition notes disclosed before sale are not automatically return reasons. Return and warranty limitations must be clearly confirmed at quotation or invoice stage.

Wrong item or damaged shipment

If you receive the wrong item or visible shipment damage, contact VoLT Mining immediately with photos, videos, packaging details, serial numbers, delivery documents, and a description of the issue. Do not install or operate damaged hardware before review.

Non-returnable cases

Items may be non-returnable if used, installed, modified, overclocked, firmware-flashed, physically damaged, electrically damaged, exposed to improper power or cooling, missing accessories, missing packaging, or returned without written approval.

Inspection and outcome

Approved returns may require inspection before refund, replacement, repair, credit, or other resolution. Shipping, customs, duties, payment fees, and handling costs may affect the final outcome depending on the case.
