VoLT Mining coordinates shipping for ASIC mining hardware, cooling equipment, power equipment, spare parts, and accessories based on product type, quantity, destination, availability, and confirmed order terms.

Shipping coordination

Delivery method, estimated timing, packing approach, insurance options, documentation, and destination requirements are reviewed during quotation or invoice confirmation.

UAE and GCC delivery

VoLT Mining is based in Abu Dhabi and can discuss UAE and GCC delivery requirements case by case. Final delivery costs, timing, and method depend on the order, destination, stock location, and shipment size.

International shipping and customs

For international shipments, buyers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, import approvals, documentation requirements, local restrictions, and any mining or electronics regulations that apply in their country.

Estimated timelines

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, payment verification, carrier issues, customs review, weather, documentation, holidays, or destination-specific requirements outside VoLT Mining control.

Inspection on arrival

Please inspect shipments immediately on delivery. Report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect items with photos, videos, serial numbers, packaging evidence, and delivery documents as soon as possible.

Risk and handling

High-value mining hardware should be handled carefully and installed only in suitable power, cooling, network, and facility conditions. VoLT Mining is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, power supply, cooling, firmware, hosting environment, or local compliance issues after delivery.
