These terms apply to enquiries and orders placed with VoLT Mining, operated by VOLT WHOLESALE OF COMPUTERS AND OUTFIT TRADING L.L.C. ASIC miners, cooling equipment, power equipment, and mining accessories are specialized, high-value technical goods.

Quotes, prices, and availability

Product availability and market pricing may change before invoice and payment confirmation. Final pricing, availability, product condition, payment terms, delivery method, lead time, and included accessories are confirmed by written quotation or invoice before payment.

Order confirmation

An enquiry, cart submission, WhatsApp message, or quote request does not automatically confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after VoLT Mining confirms the selected model, quantity, condition, destination, invoice terms, and payment status.

Payment verification

Manual payment, bank transfer, card payment link, BTC, USDT, or other approved payment options may require verification before an order is treated as confirmed. Payment instructions should be followed only after the order details and invoice terms are confirmed.

Technical performance

Hashrate, power usage, uptime, operating stability, and mining profitability may vary by environment, firmware, pool, network difficulty, crypto price, electricity cost, cooling, maintenance, and facility conditions. VoLT Mining does not guarantee mining profit, ROI, or earnings.

Used, refurbished, or open-box hardware

Used, refurbished, or open-box miners may show cosmetic wear and may have different accessories, test status, warranty terms, or return limitations. Condition details should be reviewed and confirmed at quotation or invoice stage before payment.

Warranty and support

Warranty coverage, if applicable, depends on manufacturer terms, product model, batch, supplier terms, item condition, and whether the item is new, used, refurbished, or open-box. Support and warranty guidance will be confirmed where applicable before sale.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for checking import, customs, duties, tax, electricity, cooling, hosting suitability, firmware/network setup, mining legality, and local compliance in their operating location.
